Start Your Custom ProjectMENUNDR operates a 16,289.86 m² manufacturing facility with 542 employees and five production workshops. With dedicated teams for cutting, sewing, quality control, packaging, IE/CI and product development, we support OEM and ODM programs from sampling through bulk production and final packing.

MENUNDR controls quality throughout production, final inspection and packing--not only at the end of an order. After approval, we pack to your confirmed requirements and coordinate delivery with your appointed forwarder or our logistics partners.
Our operators, production supervisors and 25-person quality team inspect each order at different stages. Non-conforming pieces are identified and removed before the order reaches final packing.
Operators check stitching, fabric, elastic attachment and workmanship during production. Visible defects are stopped before moving to the next process.
Production supervisors monitor the line and trace defects back to the relevant process, helping prevent the same issue from affecting more pieces.
Our quality team checks measurements, stitching, appearance and workmanship. Non-conforming pieces are separated for correction or rejection.
Before packing, each piece is checked again for appearance, workmanship and order conformity. Only approved pieces move to the packing stage.
Your order is checked during production, monitored by production supervisors, inspected by our quality team and checked again before packing.
You may appoint your own QC team or an independent inspection company to inspect the order at our factory. Our production and quality teams will cooperate with the inspection process.
Arrange a Factory InspectionAfter final inspection, your order is packed according to the confirmed specifications and prepared for handover to your appointed forwarder or our logistics partners.
We follow your requirements for individual bags, retail boxes, labels, carton marks and export cartons before the order leaves our factory.
We can hand the cartons over to your appointed freight forwarder or help coordinate shipment through our logistics partners.
Depending on destination, order volume, delivery schedule and budget, we can help coordinate express, air freight or sea freight.
From final inspection and export packing to forwarder handover and shipping coordination, our team helps keep your order organized through the final delivery stage.
As a men's underwear manufacturer, MENUNDR provides relevant certificates, supply-chain documents and test reports—so you can verify key requirements before production.
Available documents may include OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, ISO 9001, CTI and SGS reports, depending on the selected fabric, supplier and project requirements.
Need 7A antibacterial performance? We can confirm fabric compatibility, apply the appropriate finishing process and arrange relevant testing for your project.
Need a specific certificate or test method? Tell us what your market or buyer requires, and we'll confirm what is available for your project.
Add antibacterial, odor control, anti-mite and other compatible functions to selected fabrics based on your product requirements.
