MENUNDR provides OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services for men's underwear products, including but not limited to:

• Custom product design and development from concept, sketch, reference image, or physical sample
• Sample development and revision prior to bulk production
• Bulk manufacturing of men's underwear styles including boxer briefs, briefs, boxer shorts, and seamless underwear
• Custom branding, labeling, and packaging services
• Quality control inspection and international logistics coordination

The specific scope, pricing, timeline, and terms of any manufacturing engagement will be confirmed separately through a written agreement or purchase order between MENUNDR and the client.

MENUNDR operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer and supplier. Our services are intended solely for businesses, including brand founders, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

We do not sell products directly to individual consumers. This website does not facilitate retail purchases, and no consumer purchase contracts are formed through this website.

By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a registered business entity or as a professional buyer with a legitimate commercial purpose.

Submitting an inquiry or quote request through this website does not constitute a binding order or contract. All quotations provided by MENUNDR are non-binding estimates based on the information supplied at the time of inquiry.

A binding manufacturing agreement is only established when both parties have signed a written contract or purchase order confirming product specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedule, and other relevant conditions.

MENUNDR reserves the right to decline any inquiry or project request at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities communicated during the inquiry stage are subject to change based on final confirmed specifications, material availability, and production scheduling.

All content on the MENUNDR website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of MENUNDR or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from MENUNDR.

When a client submits design files, tech packs, logos, artwork, or other proprietary materials to MENUNDR for manufacturing purposes, the client retains ownership of those materials. MENUNDR will use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed manufacturing services.

Products developed through ODM collaboration may be subject to separate intellectual property terms as agreed upon in writing between both parties.

MENUNDR treats all client-supplied project information, including product designs, brand strategies, business plans, and technical specifications, as confidential business information.

We will not disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose other than providing the requested manufacturing services, unless required by applicable law or with the client's prior written consent.

Clients who require formal confidentiality protection before sharing detailed project information are encouraged to request a mutual NDA prior to submitting sensitive materials.

MENUNDR makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free from errors.
